The Opait TessPro is a 64-bit Windows program designed to automate and optimize the use of the Tesseract OCR engine in production environments.

The application programing interface (API) of the TessPro allows automation and further control of workflow implemented by the TessPro processing engine. This enables seamless integration with third party programs that can benefit from the searchable PDF files that TessPro can create.

This document describes the design and components of the API and provides guidelines on how to use the available functions to further enhance the capabilities of the TessPro engine.
